I think she’s on to us. I was writing the last blog entry about Super Snuggy Snail right next to FishMom and I guess she noticed I was doing something unusual. Apparently I can’t type furiously on my iPad without causing suspicion these days. FishMom went to this page the next day and the jig was up.
There’s no way anyone would have ever noticed Super Snuggy Snail without knowing about him first. The day after we got him, I couldn’t even find him because his shell is only slightly bigger than the rocks in the tank and they’re the exact same color.
I finally took a picture of Bonchew. As you can see, he’s quite different looking than a standard goldfish.
I guess this whole fish thing has become old hat. We went to the pet store again to get some cat litter and FishBoy said that we should get another fish. When FishMom heard that we got some cat litter, she immediately checked the tank. FishBoy didn’t even look up when he said, “yeah we got another fish.”
